Last Ethereum testnet successful on Goerli, deploying The Merge earlier than expected

On August 11, testney Goerli successfully converted to PoS consensus algorithm. Ethereum developers have entered the final stages of preparation for the much-anticipated The Merge event. Previously, the Ropsten and Sepolia testnets were also successfully converted.

With PoS being applied smoothly on the Goerli testnet, The Merge has met the necessary conditions to be able to deploy the Ethereum mainnet.

During the Ethereum development team meeting, the developers determined the timelines for the launch of The Merge on Ethereum, scheduled for September 15-16.

BlackRock – the leading asset management group in the US launches a fund to invest directly in Bitcoin
