On July 1, hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC) filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy with the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court. But until now, Three Arrows Capital fund still holds other types of assets.
Specifically, Three Arrows Capital holds NFT collections that are believed to include CryptoPunks, ArtBlocksCurated, PEGZ, DeafbeefV2, Autoglyphs, ArtBlocks, MutantApeYachtClub, ChromieSquiggle, BoredApeYachtClub, and Cypher. Not long ago, Three Arrows Capital filed for bankruptcy in New York. After filing for bankruptcy, the British Virgin Islands ordered the company to be liquidated.
On June 27, a court received a similar bankruptcy petition. According to the report, partners from Teneo Restructuring will handle the bankruptcy of the Singapore-based corporation.
On Wednesday, insiders expected that the liquidation would be a catalyst leading to the collapse of Three Arrows Capital.
Recently, 3AC also received a default notice from Voyager Digital. A debt of $ 670 million caused Three Arrows Capital to default, also because of this, causing SuZhu and the team to fall into the dead end.
According to a recent report by Bloomberg, SuZhu, the founder of Three Arrows Capital, is said to be trying to sell his $35 million Singapore mansion. The villa was purchased in December 2021 by SuZhu for $48.8 million. The house is now entrusted to manage by one of his children.
